This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, reconciling transactions, and ensuring financial documentation is complete and organized. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable working with accounting software and spreadsheets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry.
  • Process accounts payable invoices and prepare payments.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor statements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Assist with monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Enter journal entries as directed by the accounting team.
