Duration: 12+ Months (W2 Contract)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Administrative Services Assistant to support compliance and training operations. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing training data, auditing records, preparing reports, and ensuring that employees meet required training standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative, data analysis, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage training data using the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Audit submitted records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Track and report employee training progress and self-development hours.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on training compliance and effectiveness.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to maintain high standards in training documentation.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures for specialized training programs.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the training and compliance teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in administrative support, data analysis, or compliance-related roles.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
