Job description

Company Description
Job Description
We're immediately interviewing RNs and LPNs for Heartwood Home Health and Hospice. They are a small privately owned and highly regarded Home Health and Hospice company in Salt Lake who really do treat their employees and patients like family.
We are currently looking to hire 2 new RN or LPN Case Managers.
This really is a unique and wonderful place to work. And a great place to find the best of joy and fulfilment that nursing has to offer.
They have an excellent reputation for great patient care.
They treat their employees like family.
They have proprietary software systems to make reporting simple and efficient.
And they have had an excellent reputation for the past 17 years.
The schedule is 9-5 Monday - Friday with one night on call per week.
They offer highly competitive pay.
They pay for mileage.
They offer flexible schedules.
You get 10 holidays and 10 days PTO your first year.
And you get to work with their wonderful family-like team!
I'd love to have a quick call to learn more about what you're looking for in your next nursing job and to provide further details about the company and job.
Please give me a call, or shoot me a quick reply with times that might be best to connect, and I'll be happy to reach out.
If you happen to know anyone else who is looking for new opportunities, please send them our way as well. We pay very generous referral rewards if we're able to place and retain them.
Because HHH nurses experience significantly less exposure to Covid-19 when seeing only a small number of home-bound patience a day, than nurses crossing paths with large numbers of patients and staff in facility settings, applications for these positions are higher than usual. So, if you are interested, do not delay applying.
Looking forward to working with you.
Always thanks.
