Job description

Facilities Coordinator (Acima)Draper, UT

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the mail services and maintenance of the Acima Headquarters office under the direction of the Assistant Manager-Facilities. Additional duties include, maintaining and stocking orders for office supplies and refreshments and general maintenance tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General office maintenance including hanging whiteboards, moving furniture, and minor reconfigurations.
  • Organize and maintain office supply and refreshment inventory.
  • Pick up, sort and direct incoming and outbound shipping and mailings on time.
  • Assist in set-up and take-down of office events, such as Town Halls and Holiday parties.
  • Respond to tickets submitted to the Facilities Request queue or email requests directly sent to Facilities.
  • Receiving and directing vendor deliveries where necessary.
  • Responding to emergency maintenance requests when needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0-2 years of related experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy and dependable when handling sensitive information or situations.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects such as furniture and shipments of Acima customer returns.
  • Must be able to be on your feet for extended amounts of time.
