Job Title: Architectural Review Coordinator


JOB SUMMARY:


The Architectural Review Coordinator works under the direction of the General Manager and Board of Directors ensuring efficient processing of architectural modification requests.


DAILY DUTIES:


  • Answers all phone calls and emails related to modification requests inquiries. 
  • Manages all resident requests related to architectural modifications, submitted via the resident portal.
  • Sets appointments to meet with residents who require assistance with modification requests.
  • Ensures accuracy of all modification requests prior to Modification Committee meetings.
  • Processes extensions for approved modifications relating to open violations.
  • Prepares and mails modification committee review responses to residents
  • Requests proof of permit completion as necessary.
  • Updates approved changes to the modification guidelines for distribution to residents, committee members, social media managers, and staff.
  • Assists with Customer Service Queue and Online Chat
  • Updates homeowner contact information and turnover.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Skills

  • High proficiency with software platforms, mobile applications, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm and professional.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Preferred - Spanish speaker
