Your caseload spans ortho, sports, vestibular, and neuro, giving you a broader scope of practice than a typical post-op-heavy caseload, and your documentation is done before your last patient walks out the door. This role pays $60,000–$75,600 a year, and our powerful bonus program is a big part of why. In addition, we provide:

• $10,000 sign-on bonus

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:

• Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

• Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

• Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

• Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

We’re looking for a PTA who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:

• A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associates from an accredited program

• A Georgia PTA license, or eligibility for one

• All experience levels are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease

• Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

• Current CPR certification

You’ll need to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly

• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
