Job description

About Quest Physical Therapy

Quest is a therapist-owned outpatient practice in Evans, GA, where clinical judgment is trusted rather than dictated You get real mentorship from a clinician who holds the SCS, OCS, ATC, and CSCS, unlimited CE funding, and up to $19,000 in fellowship and career investment on top of a competitive base. Your caseload spans ortho, sports, vestibular, and neuro, giving you a broader scope of practice than a typical post-op-heavy caseload, and your documentation is done before your last patient walks out the door. Whether you want to sharpen your clinical craft, step into leadership, or one day own a practice of your own, Quest gives you a real path to get there.

Compensation Package

This role pays $60,000–$75,600 a year, and our powerful bonus program is a big part of why. In addition, we provide:

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus

  • Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend

  • 17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

  • $10,000 in tax-free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly

  • Relocation assistance available

Benefits

On top of that, you get the standard package, done right:

  • Medical insurance, with the clinic covering roughly 75% of your premium

  • HSA option with employer contributions

  • 401(k) with an employer match that vests immediately

  • Dental and vision insurance

  • Short-term disability and life insurance options

Why Clinicians Choose Quest Physical Therapy

At Quest Physical Therapy you’ll get more than a paycheck. You’ll get a career path, mentorship, and the chance to work in one of the country’s most beautiful regions. Some highlights:

  • Clinical autonomy where you make the calls on patient care

  • A new grad mentoring program that builds up your caseload as you’re ready for it

  • Unlimited continuing education and specialty certifications, no budget cap, no approval process

  • A real path to Clinic Director or another clinical leadership role

  • Reasonable caseloads and flexible scheduling

  • Evidence-based care, backed by the technology and time to deliver it

Life in Augusta, GA

Imagine finishing your workday knowing your income covers your mortgage, your weekend plans, and your future without the cost-of-living grind wearing you down. The Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) offers something increasingly rare in today’s healthcare market: a thriving regional economy with a fraction of the financial pressure found in larger metros.

Our clinic is in the heart of the Central Savannah River Area, and many therapists choose this region for the lifestyle and stay for the career growth, community, and mentorship opportunities. This is a place where you can practice hands-on PT, take ownership of your patients, and develop into a future clinic leader.

What You’ll Be Doing

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:

  • Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

  • Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

  • Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

  • Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a PTA who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:

  • A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associates from an accredited program

  • A Georgia PTA license, or eligibility for one

  • All experience levels are encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease

  • Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

  • Current CPR certification

Physical Requirements

You’ll need to:

  • Lift up to 50 pounds

  • Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly

  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises

Equal Opportunity Employer

Quest Physical Therapy is an equal opportunity employer. We don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status, and we’re committed to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
