Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through virtual consultations and assessments.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve shared organizational goals while promoting teamwork and mutual respect.

• Respect and adapt to the diversity of clients’ backgrounds, traditions, and communication styles to foster an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Utilize best practices within ethical guidelines and professional standards to ensure exceptional patient care.

• Engage in continuous skills improvement through individual reflection and team-based training aimed at enhancing treatment effectiveness.

• Identify and mitigate potential safety concerns, maintaining a secure environment for all clients during virtual sessions.

• Conduct brief evidence-based screenings to determine client needs and arrange for comprehensive assessments as necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that link clients to appropriate resources while ensuring continuity of care through effective communication with all parties.

• Deliver a wide range of treatment and recovery services tailored to clients' specific circumstances, including crisis intervention and ongoing support.

• Manage a personal caseload which may include individual, group, and family therapy while ensuring services align with each client’s treatment goals.

• Oversee client progress through regular assessments and ensure documentation and reporting are completed promptly.

• Participate in on-call duties as required, providing after-hours support to clients as needed.

• Contribute to agency committees focused on improving service delivery and overall quality of care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience
