Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Delivering dynamic individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities designed to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Setting therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitoring progress to adapt treatment methods as necessary.
• Providing teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing transportation challenges or seeking remote consultation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational requirements.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through training, supervision, and collaboration with peers.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice as a mental health professional.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Remarkable organizational and time-management abilities to handle caseload effectively.

While not mandatory, experience in delivering therapy to diverse populations and familiarity with teletherapy platforms will be advantageous. Candidates with backgrounds in trauma-informed care or those holding additional relevant certifications may also be prioritized.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, based on your experience and caseload management capabilities. Additional benefits include:
