You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team composed of psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, ensuring a support network for both you and your clients. • Conduct virtual initial assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and mental health needs, tailoring treatment plans and therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to address varying challenges.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to ensure that clients receive well-rounded and coordinated care, discussing case progress in routine team meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes, treatment plans, and other essential information, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, professional development, and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the marriage and family therapy field.
• Stay updated on the latest best practices, emerging research, and trends in the field to continuously improve service delivery and client outcomes.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and confidentiality protocols to protect the client’s privacy and well-being, ensuring compliance with legal and organization-specific requirements.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various life challenges. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and valid LMFT license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working in a clinical environment is necessary.
• Strong expertise in diagnosing and treatment planning using the DSM-5 framework.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team structure.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse scheduling and therapeutic needs of clients.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

• Prior experience in community health settings or working with underserved populations is a plus.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and conducting remote sessions is preferred.
• Specialization in specific therapeutic modalities or areas (e.g., trauma-informed care, family conflict resolution) may enhance your candidacy.
