• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health challenges and strengths of clients, utilizing tools such as standardized assessment scales and structured clinical interviews.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans that set clear, actionable goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting plans based on client progress.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure coordinated care and address client needs from multiple angles.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being during high-stress situations.
• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes with utmost accuracy, adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect client confidentiality.
• Lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducation classes, enhancing the overall treatment experience and fostering a sense of community among clients.
