We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aggregate Quarry Plant Clerk with Weighmaster responsibilities to support daily administrative, operational, and customer service activities at our quarry operation. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate recordkeeping, efficient order processing, and excellent service for both internal and external customers.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintain plant administrative records, reports, and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process scale tickets, customer transactions, and shipping documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide backup weighmaster support by weighing inbound and outbound trucks and maintaining transaction records.
  • Coordinate communications between customers, drivers, plant personnel, and management to support daily operations.
  • Support office and operational functions by assisting with scheduling, invoicing, filing, and other clerical responsibilities.
