- Collaborate with model development, model ownership, model governance, and validation teams to support authentication model performance assessments, feature analysis, implementation readiness, and ongoing monitoring.
- Evaluate third-party vendors, authentication solutions, fraud tools, and identity verification capabilities, providing data-driven recommendations on effectiveness, value, customer impact, and strategic fit.
- Identify, quantify, and prioritize opportunities to improve fraud detection, reduce customer friction, enhance authentication accuracy, and optimize operational performance.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable, and executive-ready recommendations that support strategic decision-making and investment prioritization.
- Monitor emerging fraud trends, authentication risks, industry developments, and evolving customer behaviors to identify new threats and opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure analytical rigor and compliance with enterprise governance, privacy, model risk management, regulatory requirements, and data quality standards.
- Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives by serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on authentication fraud risk, authentication strategy, vendor capabilities, and fraud analytics, driving measurable business outcomes across the enterprise.
