Job description

What You'll Get to Do

As our Sr. Quality Control Manager, you will lead the quality function at our Waxahachie facility. You will build systems that audit for quality rather than inspect for it, strengthen fabrication and supply chain performance, and grow a team that thrives on ownership and collaboration.

  • Build a quality system that shifts us from inspecting for quality to auditing for it, making continuous improvement part of everyday work.
  • Lead and coach a team of quality technicians, building a culture of ownership, engagement, and collaborative problem solving.
  • Strengthen inbound supply chain quality through structured audits and clear supplier feedback, working toward Certificates of Conformance with trusted vendors.
  • Champion a zero defect standard for outbound quality so every product that leaves our facility meets the mark.
  • Extend quality support into our warehouse operation, including picking, packing, and labeling accuracy.
  • Partner with peer managers across the site to solve problems together and keep priorities moving.
  • Apply TPS principles to strengthen fabrication and manufacturing processes while staying visible and engaged on the floor.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years building and leading quality systems in manufacturing, fabrication, or distribution.
  • Working knowledge of TPS and modern quality systems thinking.
  • A track record of working independently and driving solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Experience building supplier and customer quality processes from the ground up.
  • Lean Six Sigma exposure.
  • Experience with a servant leadership or coaching-based management style.
  • Background supporting warehouse or distribution quality.
