Job description

Corrosion Control Resources in Waxahachie, TX is looking for one quality control supervisor (AMPP CIP 1 minimum) to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Works independently to complete jobs in a professional manner.

  • Attends meetings and inspection hold-points.

  • Knows how to operate and maintain test equipment.

  • Performs inspections including high voltage holiday, DFT, adhesion, hardness, etc.

  • Organize equipment area, maintains equipment calibrated and functional.

  • Prepares reports and submittals.

  • Primarily M-F day shift (90%), inspections outside that timeframe (10%).

  • Requires travel to project locations and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year painting or sandblasting experience.

  • Must possess current AMPP CIP1 or higher certification.

  • Arrives to work consistently on time.

  • Able to lift up to 100lbs, work at heights or in confined spaces.

  • Pass a routine drug and background check.
