Position Overview
The QMS Engineer is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the company's Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements. Requirements

Minimum 5 Years of Product Engineering Experience Including Design, Development, Testing, and Manufacturing Processes REQUIRED
Minimum 2 Years of Supervisory or Team Leadership Experience REQUIRED
Strong Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Quality Management Systems REQUIRED
Experience Conducting Internal, External, and Customer Audits REQUIRED
Experience Managing ISO Certification Activities REQUIRED
Experience with Root Cause Analysis, 8D Corrective Actions, and Regulatory Compliance REQUIRED
Proficiency with Minitab and Quality Management Tools REQUIRED
Familiarity with Quality Management Software REQUIRED
