This position is responsible for overseeing quality control activities, managing inspection teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. The Quality Supervisor collaborates closely with production, engineering, and supply chain departments to identify quality issues and develop effective corrective actions. By maintaining rigorous quality assurance protocols, the supervisor helps minimize defects, reduce waste, and optimize operational efficiency. Ultimately, this role ensures that the organization consistently delivers high-quality products that comply with both internal standards and external regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
