What You'll Do:

  • Lead structured Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations using Six Sigma and industrystandard problemsolving tools, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions.

  • Facilitate crossfunctional teams to identify true root causes, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness through disciplined closure.

  • Provide production quality support by analyzing defects, yield trends, and process variation to reduce escapes and improve process capability.

  • Support nonconformance dispositioning, risk assessments, and Material Review activities in partnership with Engineering and Operations.

  • Execute program quality engineering responsibilities, including EIDPs, CoCs, audits, customer reviews, engineering change support, and compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with experience in highreliability or precision manufacturing environments.

  • Strong proficiency in structured problem solving, RCCA methodologies, and data analysis to identify trends and drive decisions.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and manage multiple priorities in fastpaced production and program settings.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) or Black Belt preferred, with experience mentoring engineers in RCCA or continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100), configuration management, engineering changes, and optical or precision electronics systems.

  • US Citizenship due to access restrictions.
