Primary Responsibilities

Your purpose is to drive admissions and build long-term referral partnerships.Activate your network for multi-line success.

Relationship Development & Business Growth

  • Grow and maintain a strong network of referral sources across the Valley (physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, group homes, hospitals, case managers, etc.)
  • Leverage your existing book of business to strengthen Billets footprint within the community
  • Deliver consistent face-to-face outreach, educational visits, and follow-ups
  • Conduct effective cold calls, warm calling, and structured weekly route planning
  • Represent Billet Health at community events, health fairs, professional organizations, and conventions


Referral Management & Family Engagement

  • Conduct informational meetings with families and caregivers to explain hospice benefits, eligibility, and the value of early hospice involvement
  • Work closely with our clinical team to ensure smooth transitions and excellent communication
  • Uphold state, federal, and Medicare regulations as well as Billets internal compliance standards
  • Track activities, leads, conversions, and outcomes with accuracy


Strategic Execution

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in the regulatory environment
    Provide routine reports on market updates, barriers, and new opportunities
  • Achieve monthly business development goals and assist with long-term growth planning


Qualifications

We are seeking a high-performance marketer, not an entry-level candidate. We want an employee who cantransform your referral connections into long-term success.


Required:

  • 1+yearshospice marketing experience (or proven healthcare sales experience with hospice knowledge)
  • A strong reputation and loyal referral network within the community.
  • Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and takes pride in delivering outcomesnot just effort.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare hospice guidelines, eligibility criteria, HIPAA, and compliance standards
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet goals
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Ability to travel across both East and West Valley as needed


Preferred:

  • Experience marketing across multiple care settings (SNF, ALF, PCP, Hospital)
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding referral targets
  • Experience working with EMR/CRM marketing tools
