Diamond Technical Services (DTS) is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support a major construction project in New Carlisle, Indiana. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven quality professional who can build, implement, and manage a world-class QA/QC program while leading a team of quality personnel in a fast-paced construction environment.

Position Summary

The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining all project quality assurance and quality control activities. This position requires strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing quality teams, client expectations, inspections, audits, reporting, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage the project QA/QC program.
  • Lead and supervise quality personnel, inspectors, and support staff.
  • Manage a quality team of three or more direct reports.
  • Establish project quality objectives, procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate inspections, audits, testing activities, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Review quality documentation, reports, procedures, and inspection records.
  • Collaborate with project management, construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor project quality performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to project leadership and clients.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of Quality Management experience.
  • Experience managing QA/QC personnel with at least 3 direct reports.
  • Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive QA/QC programs.
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality systems, inspections, audits, and documentation control.
  • Experience working on large-scale industrial, commercial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quality reporting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related field.
  • ASQ certifications or other relevant quality certifications.
  • Experience supporting EPC, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical construction projects.
  • ISO quality management experience.
  • CWI, NACE, or related industry certifications are a plus.
