Overview
The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes supporting program execution and operational delivery. This role ensures compliance with organizational quality standards and promotes continuous process improvement across technical and operational teams.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control systems, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on quality performance metrics.
  • Conduct inspections and testing activities to ensure compliance with established quality requirements.
  • Direct and coordinate quality assurance programs and initiatives.
  • Identify organizational training needs related to quality standards and process compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits and generate audit findings reports with corrective action recommendations.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience implementing and managing quality assurance and quality control programs.
  • Experience conducting audits and developing corrective action plans.
