Job description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for Quality Lab Technician in the Cartersville area! This role offers opportunity for growth and advancement. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing laboratory tests and analysis on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
  • Collecting and recording test results accurately, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring the validity of test results
  • Preparing test samples, reagents, and solutions, as well as maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies
  • Following SOP and good laboratory practices to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all testing procedures and results
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control department
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Associated degree or comparable on-the-job experience
  • Familiarity with standard PPE protocols relevant to the role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk the production area during the workday
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout restrictions
  • Reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required
