About the Role:
This onsite role involves PC hardware assembly, troubleshooting, maintenance, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, and maintain benchtop computer systems
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/platform issues
Flash BIOS, update firmware, and install OS/software
Inspect and test CPUs; log results in proprietary tools
Manage hardware/CPU inventory
Coordinate shipping documentation with Global Logistics
Requirements:
Experience with PC hardware assembly, operation, and troubleshooting
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
2+ years in PC hardware/RMA environment
ESD-safe handling experience
Proficient with MS Office and issue tracking tools
