Responsibilities:
  • Testing and analysis:Perform standard testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and R&D material testing as requested.

  • Data management:Record, interpret, and report test results accurately in the quality data system.

  • Quality assurance:Follow established SOPs to ensure the validity of test results and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

  • ISO 9001 compliance:Assist in ensuring the lab operates in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support internal and external audits.

  • Problem-solving:Identify out-of-specification results, participate in root cause analysis, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Documentation:Prepare and maintain accurate records and ensure accurate release of product.

  • Work with Cross functional Teams to focus quality efforts, identify root cause, corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma and 2 years of equivalent experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
