Express Pros is Intervviewing for a Direct Placment of a Quality Manager!

The Quality Manager will develop, implement, and periodically evaluate a program to ensure the organization production operations, from raw materials to finished products, meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the organization.

***Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directs and supervises the Quality Department and supervisory staff. (Including Lab and QC)

  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

  • Handles interviewing, hiring, discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

***Duties/Responsibilities

  • Implement the group QA/QC policy and methods.

  • Serve as management representative.

  • Lead ISO and customer audits.

  • Evaluates production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.

  • Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes.

  • Facilitates communication among production divisions and management.

  • Periodically reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies.

  • Ensure the facility works toward continual improvements.

  • Work in concert with global quality to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.

  • Owner of the following process and systems:

    • Customer complaints and Customer Quality requests. In direct contact with customers

    • Controlled Document center

    • Quality risk management.

    • Change control and Validation mechanism throughout facility.

    • Corrective and preventive actions across facility

    • Management reviews

    • NC raw materials investigations and Supplier complaints.

    • Laboratory and QC test and Inspection

    • Statistical evaluation

***Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills. with the ability to train staff

  • Thorough understanding of quality standards and methodologies.

  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related industrial, scientific, or business field required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience. CQM preferred.

  • 5 to 10 years of related experience required with at least 3 years as a senior quality engineer or a team manager.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Nonwovens or Hygienic or Medical Device or Food industry.

  • Experience working with Global companies – Advantage

  • Experience as a Quality Manager - Advantage
