Die Lohnfertigung von hochpräzisen Einzelteilen, Baugruppen und Geräten ist unsere Passion. Als Feinmechaniker entwickeln und fertigen wir Produkte für unsere Kunden und Auftraggeber und setzen unsere Präzision dort ein, wo Millimeter wie Meilen wirken. Wir sind kompetenter Partner für die Entwicklung, Fertigung und Beratung in den Bereichen Feinmechanik, Lasertechnik, Geräte und Baugruppen und fertigen Prototypen wie auch Einzelteile und Kleinserien. Dabei verbinden wir traditionelle Werte mit hohem Fachwissen und moderner Technologie. Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Qualitätssicherung, Ingenieur-/Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Produktion/Fertigung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der DIN ISO 9001 sowie der Norm EN 9100 und idealerweise Zertifizierung als interner Auditor für EN 9100 und/oder ISO 9001
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im produzierenden Gewerbe oder in den Bereichen Luft-/Raumfahrt bzw. Rüstung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Projekten und Teams
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise in Verbindung mit Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für die Einführung, Entwicklung, Aufrechterhaltung und Überwachung des QM-Systems nach DIN ISO 9001 unter Einbeziehung der EN 9100. Am Anfang steht die Vorbereitung auf die initiale Zertifizierung für die EN 9100 und die Förderung des gesamten Qualitätsbewusstseins.

  • Koordination von Audits, d.h. Planung, Leitung und Begleitung interner Audits sowie externer Audits (Zertifizierungen, Kundenbesuche, behördliche Überprüfungen)
  • Die Pflege und stetige Weiterentwicklung der entsprechenden Dokumentationen
  • Fachliche Führung der Projektteams zur Verbesserung von Prozessen und Dokumenten
  • Durchführung von Managementbewertungen und regelmäßiger Bericht über die Leistungsfähigkeit des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normvorgaben hinsichtlich der branchenspezifischen Anforderungen
