We are seeking experienced Tool & Die Machinists for a full-time opportunity in the manufacturing sector. This role offers a stable position with competitive pay for qualified professionals ready to advance their careers in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze blueprints, sketches, and specifications to plan and execute machining operations
  • Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, EDM, pantographs, and grinders to produce parts
  • Assemble, fit, and verify tools, dies, molds, and fixtures to exact tolerances
  • Perform repairs, heat-treating, and modifications on existing tools
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality (ISO 9001), and environmental (ISO 14001) standards

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in tool and die making, including a 4-year apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Proficiency in precision machining, blueprint reading, and working to tolerances as tight as .0001"
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a manufacturing setting with moving parts and moderate noise
  • Strong mathematical and reasoning skills for dimensions, ratios, and problem-solving
  • High school diploma or equivalent; related training preferred
