Job description

Join our dedicated team at Quality Inn Fredericksburg Near Historic Downtown on Rt 17 as a Housekeeper! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. 
Please no phone calls. 

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as needed.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a fresh appearance.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing and folding linens.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Weekends and holidays are required (Thanksgiving and Christmas off)
