Job description

Summary of Position

Our client is seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead and transform the quality control function within their plastics manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on building proactive quality systems, improving plant culture, and driving accountability on the production floor.

Two positions are currently available:
โ€ข Charlotte, North Carolina
โ€ข Houston, Texas


โ€ข Lead and develop QC technicians across multiple shifts
โ€ข Establish and enforce QC protocols, documentation, and corrective action processes
โ€ข Monitor production for color accuracy, contamination prevention, and process compliance
โ€ข Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative quality measures
โ€ข Partner closely with Production leadership to improve operational and quality performance


โ€ข Strong QA/QC background within plastics manufacturing
โ€ข Masterbatch experience strongly preferred
โ€ข Experience with color matching and go/no-go quality decisions
โ€ข Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive cultural change
โ€ข Strong understanding of corrective actions, QC systems, and contamination prevention
