Position Summary

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for implementation and management of the Quality Control Program and serves as the independent authority for monitoring contract compliance, inspection activities, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan.

· Conduct inspections and surveillance activities.

· Track deficiencies and corrective actions.

· Perform root cause analysis and trend reporting.

· Coordinate audits and quality reviews.

· Validate compliance with PWS requirements.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

· 7+ years quality management experience.

· Federal contract quality oversight experience.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· ASQ certification.

· ISO 9001 experience.

· Laboratory facility experience.
