As the Quality Control Manager,
  • You will ensure that processes for the ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system of Allesco industries are established, documented, implemented, trained, and maintained in a manner to comply with our ISO 9001:2015 certification throughout all branches.
  • You will be promoting awareness and training of quality policies, procedures, and customer requirements within the organization.
  • You will be reporting to senior leaders on the performance of the quality management system and any need for concerns and improvements.
  • You will be working with customers and vendors to ensure the final products meet their needs and requirements, researching quality issues and remedies.
  • You will establish, document and maintain quality forms, logs, and records to be used at all branches and ensure that quality inspections from both receiving purchasing materials and manufacturing of products meet or exceed customer specifications.

As the Quality Control Manager, your other responsibilities will be:
  • Preparing and revising the QMS documents
  • Preparing, documenting, and maintaining the certification/registrar audits and internal audit systems of the organization
  • Updating, streamlining, and reviewing company processes and procedures
  • Maintaining and investigating RGAs (return goods authorizations) for all branches
  • Monitoring the internal customer credits by branch for each quarter and year
  • Maintain the document control system, Corrective Action, and Non-conformance systems
  • Reporting to senior leaders on quality issues, summarizing CARs, RGAs Credits, and NCRs
  • Investigating and resolving quality issues with materials and/or products
  • Maintaining the quality management documents, training records, and company records of compliance in cloud storage for use by all employees
  • Managing and maintaining records of compliance for multiple business requirements
  • Overseeing and maintaining records of lab samples and compliance reporting to Narragansett Bay Commission for our Wastewater Treatment system. Noting compliance with specifications and the liaison between NBC and the plant.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in engineering or science with specific ISO training.
Qualifications and Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Quality Assurance and ISO 9001 standards - Minimum of 2 years in a management position in Quality - Excellent writing and communication skills - Training skills - Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office - Ability to travel to each branch to ensure QMS.
Preferred Skills: Understanding of computer systems - Project Management - Auditing Certification - Ability to deal with multi-levels of our teams.
