Express Employment Professionals is hiring for multiple hands-on technical roles in a high-tech PCB (printed circuit board) manufacturing environment. These positions support precision production, quality assurance, and laboratory testing in a clean, process-driven facility.
Available Positions:
  • CNC Machining / Programming: Operate precision CNC equipment and translate CAM data to produce and support PCB components with tight tolerances
  • Plating: Support electroplating processes including copper, nickel, and gold finishing critical to PCB production
  • Quality Control: Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure products meet strict quality and customer standards
  • Lab Technician: Conduct testing and analysis such as microsectioning, solderability testing, and contamination analysis to support product quality and failure investigation

Available Shifts & Pay:
  • Day Shift (CNC / Programming focus): 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $20-$22/hr. DOE
  • Swing Shift (Plating / QC / Lab): 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | $18-$21/hr. DOE

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise work instructions
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Basic math, measurement, or mechanical reasoning skills (role dependent)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50-70 lbs (varies by role)
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset
  • Previous manufacturing, inspection, lab, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
