FORVIA is looking for a year-round Quality Intern for its location in Columbus, Indiana. Your mission, roles and responsibilities The Quality Intern will work with a Quality Engineer to manage the quality of the exhaust components being manufactured. This includes developing quality control processes, instructing factory workers on these processes, examining components and comparing against documentation, updating documentation, and presenting solutions to management.

On the job training will be provided to ensure a successful experience. The main missions of the role are: Ensure quality control processes are robust and being performed correctly Investigate complaints from customers Present to management on how to detect future quality issues Create instructions for factory workers to check for quality issues Interface with factory workers to understand and troubleshoot manufacturing processes Instruct factory workers on new quality procedures Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimum education level: Pursuing a Technical or Business Degree Skills and competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office - strong excel, PowerPoint and word skills a plus Willingness to take ownership of problems and drive to resolution Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management Have a minimum of 2.8 GPA Can work year-round What we can do for you At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.
