Inventory Control Associate

Trillium Staffing is seeking a qualified candidate for an Inventory Control Associate position in a climate-controlled environment.

The Inventory Control Associate ensures material locations and qualities are accurate in ERP System with inventory counts and keeping bin systems updated. The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for movement and storage of materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to become acquainted with part numbers
  • Upkeep inventory bin system in the stockroom
  • Verify incoming quantities of inventory
  • Complete weekly cycle counts
  • Provide the Accounting with inventory adjustments
  • Crosstrain in receiving department
  • Issue materials to jobs in ERP (Global Shop Solutions)

Schedule is on 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Mandatory overtime as needed. Pay rate is $20 - $24 an hour.

Benefits: 40lk - Health, Dental and Vision - Paid time off after 1 year employment

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Inventory handling and shipping/receiving experience preferred
  • Forklift experience
  • Strong organization skills and detailed oriented
  • Capability to utilize basic math (addition, subtraction, decimals, measurements)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 3 plus years of experience
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
