We are looking for a Personal Lines Department Director to lead our service team, drive retention, and ensure operational excellence. This is a strategic, high-impact role where your leadership directly shapes client satisfaction, team culture, and sustainable growth.
Location: Kansas (at an office in Louisburg, Paola, Overland Park, Lawrence, or Topeka) - Hybrid flexibility available

  • Client Retention & Growth: Support proactive renewals, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and relationship-building strategies.

  • Hands-on experience working with carriers and producers to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
  • Strong coach, communicator, and collaborator who leads by influence and example.
  • Deep understanding of Personal Lines products, carrier appetites, and agency operations.
