The QA Representative supports quality assurance and technical service activities related to aviation fueling equipment. This hands-on role combines customer service, troubleshooting, and field support responsibilities while working both in an office environment and at customer locations.
The position involves diagnosing and supporting aviation fueling systems, assisting customers remotely and on-site, and supporting operational reliability through technical expertise and responsive service.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of aircraft refueler or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude in automotive or heavy truck repair
• 12V wiring knowledge
• Ability to learn and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in both office and shop environments
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Requirements
• Answer and troubleshoot quality assurance and technical service calls
• Read electrical and hydraulic schematics to diagnose refueler trucks
• Perform flow testing on refueler trucks
• Travel to customer locations, terminals, and supplier sites for scheduled and emergency support
• Work outdoors for extended periods when required
• Climb ladders and access equipment and vessels as needed
• Write reports and maintain documentation
• Support customers both remotely and in person
• Assist with troubleshooting and repair of aviation fueling equipment
