We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to oversee quality programs, ensure compliance with company standards, and lead QA initiatives within a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control, team leadership, and maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, and process improvement.

Job Summary

The QA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily quality assurance operations, ensuring products, processes, and procedures meet company standards and regulatory requirements. This role supervises QA team members, conducts audits, investigates quality issues, maintains documentation, and works closely with operations teams to support continuous improvement and compliance.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily Quality Assurance operations and provide leadership to QA team members.
  • Monitor production and operational processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks to verify accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
  • Train, coach, and develop QA associates on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Review and maintain accurate QA documentation, reports, and records.
  • Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints, and process discrepancies.
  • Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Partner with Operations, Production, Warehouse, and Management teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
  • Monitor compliance with GMPs, HACCP, sanitation standards, and company procedures as applicable.
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure employees follow safety policies and quality procedures.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of quality assurance or quality control experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, auditing processes, and compliance standards.
