Job description

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support aerospace manufacturing quality and compliance in a precision machining environment. This role is primarily focused on documentation review, AS9100 compliance support, FAIR documentation, certifications, and quality systems administration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review inspection reports, certifications, traceability records, and supporting documentation prior to shipment
  • Support AS9102 FAIR preparation, ballooned drawing review, and documentation validation
  • Audit manufacturing and quality records to ensure AS9100 and customer compliance
  • Review engineering drawings, customer specifications, POs, and quality clauses
  • Assist with corrective actions, root cause investigations, scrap review, and CAPA
  • Support document control, training records, and continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of manufacturing quality, QA, engineering support, or related technical experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience
  • Experience with AS9100 quality systems and AS9102 FAIR documentation
  • Familiarity with material certifications, traceability requirements, and GD&T
  • Experience with ERP or quality management systems
Employment Type & Compensation
