Job description

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Quality Control Stability Associate (contract-to-hire) for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Smyrna, GA. The Quality Control Stability Associate is responsible for the overall maintenance of stability information, including scheduling, assigning lot expirations, and maintaining stability results for each product formulation. This position also ensures the proper storage of stability samples and coordinates their submission to the appropriate laboratory for testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain stability schedules and assign product lot expiration dates.
  • Prepare and maintain written stability protocols.
  • Store stability samples under appropriate conditions and coordinate laboratory testing.
  • Review packaging documentation for accuracy and expiration dating.
  • Maintain inventory of retain and stability samples, including controlled substances.
  • Monitor stability storage chambers and report temperature, humidity, or equipment issues.
  • Prepare and maintain Stability Summary Forms and regression analyses.
  • Coordinate shipment of samples to outside testing facilities.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Support annual retain inspections and sample destruction processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in Quality Control, laboratory, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
