What You'll Be Leading

• As a key member of the executive leadership team, you'll shape the organization's quality vision while ensuring exceptional regulatory compliance across Hospice and Home Health services.
• You'll be the trusted advisor who sees opportunities where others see obstacles, helping leaders navigate complex regulations while creating systems that allow clinicians to focus on what matters most—patients and families.

• Design and execute an enterprise-wide quality and compliance strategy.

Keep the Organization Survey Ready—Every Day

• Lead comprehensive mock surveys that build confidence instead of anxiety.
• Guide teams through regulatory readiness with coaching, collaboration, and expertise.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CMS, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Utilize tools available to drive efficiency in compliance. 

Develop Leaders, Not Just Programs

• Create engaging education and leadership development initiatives.
• Mentor leaders to become quality champions throughout the organization.
• Foster accountability, confidence, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

• Executive leadership experience in Hospice and/or Home Health
• Deep expertise in quality, compliance, accreditation, and regulatory readiness
• Proven success leading mock surveys and sustained survey preparedness
• Strong background in quality improvement, QAPI, and performance excellence
• Experience developing policies, education programs, and leadership initiatives
• Demonstrated success presenting to Boards of Directors and executive leadership
• A consultative leadership style that builds trust and collaboration
• Technology-savvy with enthusiasm for AI, analytics, and innovation
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
