Job Summary
Working closely with leadership, the Quality Assurance Associate plays a key role in upholding the quality, consistency, and accuracy of our photography and client deliverables. This position is responsible for reviewing and grading photographer images and ensuring all photography aligns with company standards and client
expectations.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of balancing independent work with team collaboration. This role demands strong critical thinking, consistent and objective decision-making, and a willingness to proactively develop a thorough understanding of our photography standards, company processes, and internal expectations.
Responsibilities
  1. Review, grade, and evaluate photographer images against company quality standards, assessing composition, technical accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations
  2. Conduct quality control checks on images, photographer submissions, and associated data prior to final delivery
  3. Deliver grading feedback and communicate quality concerns clearly and constructively to leadership and team members
  4. Handle sensitive student, client, and image data with the utmost professionalism and discretion
  5. Support departmental operations and assist leadership with additional quality assurance initiatives as needed

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to manipulate and format excel data
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
  • Flexibility with a varying work schedule based on work volume
  • Able to commute to our office in Alpharetta, GA

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.
