As a Warehouse Associate / Product Assembler / Merchandise Quality Associate with Room & Board, you are responsible for ensuring our customers receive furniture, representative of the high-quality products they purchased in our showroom or online. You'll work in our Delivery Center as you pull, inspect and use a variety of small power tools to assemble and prepare furniture for our delivery teams. The individual in this role will also occassionally support the Delivery team by riding along and delivering product to customers. You'll take great pride and enjoy working with our beautiful, handcrafted, American-made furniture
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Location: 215 Hembree Park Drive, Suite 115, Roswell, GA 30076

Additional requirements:
  • You understand the importance of safe working habits and that this is a physically demanding role requiring you to repeatedly lift 75-100 pounds independently throughout the day.
  • You're open to being cross trained in other roles and understand at times (typically to cover vacations, etc.) you'll be asked to work in other roles throughout the delivery center.
  • You have a valid Driver's License.
  • You'll need to pass a pre-employment physical and physical abilities test.
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.

  • Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 / year ($21.63 - $24.04 / hour)
