We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance Department. If you have strong admin skills and experience with shipping/receiving, purchase orders, and ERP systems — we want to meet you!
Job Responsibilities Include:
âś… Preparing product certification & shipping documents (packing lists, BOLs)
âś… Assisting with subcontractor PO coordination & production status updates
âś… Maintaining filing systems & tracking sales order documentation
âś… Interacting with vendors, production, and sales teams daily
âś… Supporting customer billing processes
Requirements:
✔️ Experience with shipping & receiving paperwork
✔️ Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred, others accepted)
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
✔️ Strong written & verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and maintain 100% accuracy in data entry
✔️ Familiarity with import/export portals a plus
