What You’ll Do Daily

  • Build & Install: Construct high-quality fencing systems across agricultural, residential, or commercial projects.

  • Operate Equipment: Run skid steers, UTVs, and other specialized machinery on a daily basis.

  • Work as a Team: Collaborate closely with a driven crew to hit daily goals efficiently and safely.

  • Conquer the Elements: Work outdoors in all types of Nebraska weather—rain, shine, heat, or cold.

What We’re Looking For

  • The Right Attitude: High energy, self-motivated, and a genuine work ethic. You don’t just wait to be told what to do; you look for the next task.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle demanding physical labor and outdoor conditions daily.

  • Equipment Experience: Prior experience operating a skid steer and UTV is highly preferred.

  • CDL (Class A or B): A commercial driver's license is a major plus and will fast-track your earning potential.

  • Reliability: A dependable team player who shows up on time, ready to crush the day.
