We're looking for a full-time Behavior Analyst who is collaborative, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact. With a thoughtfully managed small caseload of just 8-10 clients, you'll have the time and space to build strong relationships and provide high-quality, individualized support. This role maintains a 23-hour weekly billable requirement, balanced in a way that supports both client care and professional sustainability. Plus, our BCBAs are not responsible for creating their own authorizations, allowing you to spend more of your time focused on what matters most, supporting your clients and their families.

Responsibilities
Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning
Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement
Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources
Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs
Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services
Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance
Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one

Required Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure)
Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor
