TITLE: Co-Manager –International QSR Brand | Hagerstown, MD


COMPENSATION: $50,000 – $60,000 base salary, plus monthly bonus

SUMMARY

Join an internationally recognized quick-service restaurant brand as a Co-Manager in Hagerstown, MD. As a Co-Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach and develop team members, and help achieve sales, service, and financial goals. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
  • Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members
  • Create employee schedules and maintain proper staffing levels
  • Utilize food ordering and inventory management systems
  • Read and interpret P&L statements to support business performance
  • Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining brand standards
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
  • Help drive sales, profitability, and labor performance


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of restaurant management experience at the Assistant Manager level or above
  • 2+ years of Quick-Service or Fast Food management experience
  • Experience managing restaurants with at least $1.5 million in annual sales volume
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience reading and understanding P&L statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute within 30–40 minutes of Hagerstown
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • ServSafe Certification
  • Experience with restaurant food ordering and inventory systems
  • Positive, guest-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a leadership team
