Description
QRC is actively seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble fabricated parts in a light industrial production / lab environment. Works under and reports to the Production Supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Use hand tools and soldering equipment to assemble units according to product Specifications.
  • Assemble, inspect, and test cables, sub-assy's and finished product.
  • Install software / firmware and configure products.
  • Willing and able to perform repetitive tasks with precession.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have the ability interpret work instructions and simple mechanical drawings.
  • Candidate must have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Assembler.
  • Knowledge and understanding of PC computer software and hardware installation, ability to operate standard computers.
  • Solid written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Preference will be given to candidates that can demonstrate basic soldering skills.
  • The candidate must be able to obtain a clearance when sponsored by QRC.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
  • Electronic Training Certificate, and Military Electronics Training or applicable AA degree is preferred.

QRC LLC (QRC), a Parsons Company, specializes in development and manufacture of RF Test and Measurement products. QRC develops and produces survey tools for cellular communication systems, phone-based measurement, stimulation tools, forensic tools, and integrated RF recording and playback equipment.
QRC was founded in 1987 and has been serving as a systems integrator since its inception, and in the last decade has expanded with a portfolio of RF Test and Measurement products. The company has over 50 employees in multiple locations, including the world headquarters located in Fredericksburg, VA.
