Required: Tasks & Duties

Excellent communication Skills are required 

Conducts quality review of application/system configuration changes, documents results of quality review and communicates results to appropriate parties

Identifies root causes of application/system configuration quality issues, and effectively communicates root causes to appropriate parties

Identifies and documents trends in application/system configuration quality issues, and effectively communicates trends to appropriate parties

Functions as subject matter expert for industry and system related issues and quality review.

Possesses full knowledge of phases of systems analysis as relates to configuration, but also considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

May instruct, direct, and check the work of other team members, including peer group.

Skills:

QNXT configuration experience required on version 4.8 or later. 

Prior experience with quality review of application/system configuration.

Strong SQL experience is desirable.

At least five years of solid, diverse work experience in IT, health insurance delivery, claims processing, enrollment processing, premium billing, provider contracts or benefits administration desirable.

Medicare, Medicaid or MMP experience desirable.

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate with a team of Configuration Analysts, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Project Managers and Application Developers in various locations to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

Adaptable and flexible to business demands.

Extensive problem solving and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent influencing skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) governance requirements preferred.

Education:

ASQ Software Quality Engineer certification (CSQE) preferred
