Job description

Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager of Digital Technology who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently.
A successful candidate in this position will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices and provide evidence of a professional track record of effective technical management, information analysis, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Running regular checks on network and data security.
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
  • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
  • Conducting regular system audits.
  • Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
  • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
  • Crisis management during unforeseen network and system outages.
  • Providing direction for IT team members.
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
  • Proactively collaborate with internal departments and project leaders on resource needs and potential solutions
  • Identify and collaborate with 3rd party vendors as needed to meet our IT initiatives
Required Skills:
  • BS in Information Technology, and/or 8-10+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
  • Excellent IT, analytical, organizational and research skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Strong proficiency in multi-tasking, managing time constraints, and meeting deadlines
  • An independent self-starter, balancing team capabilities and collaboration with an openness to new ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as keen attention to detail
  • Must speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.

  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
