Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads to meet or exceed assigned sales quota targets.
  • Evaluate and develop sales leads to identify promising opportunities.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their project requirements and provide customized Bills of Materials (BOM) lists tailored to their needs.
  • Deliver timely and accurate quotations to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout each project, collaborating with internal sales engineers to optimize BOM lists and accommodate special requests.
  • Coordinate product availability, lead times, and replacement SKUs to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Strive to meet or surpass revenue and gross profit targets through proactive sales efforts.
  • Compile and submit comprehensive weekly business review reports, accompanied by actionable plans for continuous improvement.
  • Provide support for trade shows and local events to enhance brand visibility and foster client relationships.
  • Execute additional missions and tasks as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team objectives.
  • Expected travel of 30% or more to engage with clients and attend industry events.
  • Provide competitive market feedback on a weekly basis, including insights on competitive pricing, products, rebates, and bundling deals.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple departments, ensuring seamless information delivery and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or project management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients’ needs.
