Position Overview
The Vice President of Operations for QISG Engineering plays a critical leadership role in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery for our clients and partners. This senior leader oversees multiple Divisions totaling approximately 400 employees and generating approximately $80M in annual revenue.
The VP is accountable for divisional performance, including financial results, client satisfaction, operational execution, and talent development. This role requires a growth-minded leader capable of driving year-over-year organic revenue expansion while strengthening internal and external relationships.
What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute company goals, providing operational expertise and guidance.
  • Partner across divisions and departments to ensure alignment and successful delivery of organizational objectives.
  • Present regular performance updates, metrics, and operational insights to senior leadership.
  • Communicate project updates, priorities, schedules, and development needs across divisions.
  • Achieve financial control and profitability targets for each division.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expanded scopes within existing client relationships.
  • Develop divisional strategies to grow profitable business, including evaluating self-perform vs. subcontractor execution.
  • Assess and communicate areas of risk and profitability to guide project team decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely and effective responses to client needs.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PE
  • Minimum 15 years of industry experience.
  • 10+ years of management-level experience in utilities

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is - depending on experience and qualifications.
