Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated Program Integrator (P4) to support the Qatar NASAMS Program. This role is responsible for leading and integrating program management processes, sustainment activities, training execution, modernization efforts, and customer coordination to ensure full compliance with the contract Statement of Work and corporate standards.
The Program Integrator will work across the entire program lifecycle - start-up, execution, sustainment, modernization, and closeout. The role requires close collaboration with U.S-based and in-country Raytheon teams, QEADF Customer, and cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
What You Will Do
  • Coordinate Raytheon internal closeout activities for the 18-Lot Qatar NASAMS production contract, ensuring alignment with Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, Export/Import, Engineering, and Quality
  • Maintain and update program management plans, processes, metrics, and tools to ensure execution excellence for the Qatar Long Term Sustainment (LTS) Contract.
  • Support program execution by assisting with review preparation, staffing coordination, risk board inputs, EAC development support, and internal/external meeting organization.
  • Capture, track, and ensure closure of program action items across all IPTs and customer partners.
  • Monitor CDRL deliveries and coordinate submission activities with engineering, logistics, training, sustainment, and PM.
  • Support Life Cycle Management activities, including preparation and coordination of Semi-Annual PMRs, Working Groups, and Provisioning Conferences.
  • Prepare materials for customer engagements, contractual discussions, program reviews, and technical interface meetings.
  • Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) for PMO control accounts as assigned
  • Support domestic and international travel as required.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years relevant experience OR advanced degree and 5+ years experience
  • Working knowledge of program management tools and basic EVMS/financial analysis, and proposal development
  • Experience supporting program management activities, including schedule management, action tracking, and cross-functional coordination
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Program Management Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Experience supporting contract execution or sustainment programs
  • Prior experience supporting international customers or working with geographically dispersed teams
  • Familiarity with Raytheon program policies, lifecycle management, and IPT structures

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
